I never heard of Who dat? until it became a topic for t-shirt and other designers whether they could use the phrase themselves or whether its use was limited to the NFL. Happily, designers CAN use the phrase which belongs to the people of Louisiana, as long as they don’t infringe on the NFL copyrights. [...]
