Do mosaics and flowers mix?

Coneflowers have so much character all on their own! These popular wildflowers bloom in open spaces in the summer sunshine. Their petals can be yellow, green, purple or pink. They just point their faces to the sky and let their petals flow back like a girl with a ponytail.
Does an artistic rendering in a mosaic style work? This image was created using from my original photograph and then turned into a mosaic using Photoshop then Painter and then Photoshop again. It’s a time consuming process, but once you get the hang of creating a mosaic, you can get into a “flow” state and just enjoy it.
This mosaic reminds me of intricate tilework I’ve seen in Spain (Alhambra) and Italy, so I get extra enjoyment from looking at it.
As a card, this would work very well for thank you, thinking of you, happy birthday and many others. Look also for coordinating products.
